Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft has hired a new structured finance and securitisation partner for its London base.
David Quirolo joins the firm from Ashurst where he had specialised in structured finance, specifically CLO transactions. Quirolo had previously worked at Cadwalader before joining the UK firm.
The move is a further enhancement to the firm's broader structured finance and securitisation practice, which was expanded last year through the additions of Bruce Bloomingdale and Jeremiah Wagner from Mayer Brown.
Quirolo is the second CLO specialist to move jobs in the City in the past month following Neil Hamilton's transfer to Jones Day from Paul Hastings.
Gregory Petrick, Cadwalader London managing partner said: “David’s return to Cadwalader is an important further expansion of the firm’s global structured finance practice. It is a great strategic fit for us and represents a further build out of the practice in our core areas.”
