Dieter Wohlmuth, LL.M. (28) will be acting as an attorney at law (Senior Associate) within the Regulatory team of BINDER GRÖSSWANG starting on 1 February 2017. Johannes Barbist (Head of Regulatory Team at BINDER GRÖSSWANG) says: “We are pleased to welcome Dieter Wohlmuth to our Regulatory and Energy Practice Group. He has participated in 70 environmental impact assessments and has acquired considerable project experience. With his support, we can intensify our focus on the energy sector.”

Dieter Wohlmuth specializes in energy law as well as environmental and public commercial law, and regularly advises renowned national and international clients, primarily in the areas of energy supply and industrial production. Recently, he advised Österreichische Bundesforste AG regarding an environmental impact assessment project (Windfarm Pretul).

Dieter Wohlmuth joined BINDER GRÖSSWANG in December 2016 and was admitted to the bar in January 2017. He previously worked for the law firm Schoenherr in Vienna and for the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. He is also a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communications of Vienna (FH Wien) in the field of European and national public law, and is the author of various publications in his areas of expertise.

Dieter Wohlmuth studied law at the University of Graz (Mag. iur. 2011) as well as European and international business law at the University of Vienna (LL.M. 2012).
