The Government of The Bahamas has appointed Senior Associate Theominique D. Nottage, MCIArb to serve on the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Panels of Arbitrators and Conciliators. Her designation is for a six-year term, extending through to 2032.
ICSID, a member of the World Bank Group, is a leading international institution dedicated to the resolution of investment disputes between states and foreign investors. Theominique’s appointment reflects both her professional excellence and The Bahamas’ continued engagement in the international legal community.
Theominique shared that she is honoured by the appointment and looks forward to representing The Bahamas on the global stage.
