Watson Farley & Williams has hired two new partners from Chadbourne & Parke for its broader London corporate team.
Dearbhla Quigley (recognised as an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer) and Martin Thomas both focus on equity capital markets, M&A and general corporate advice. They both joined Chadbourne from Hunton & Williams in 2011.
The pair advise on LSE main market and AIM listings, M&A, joint ventures and venture capital. Recent work includes Quigley's advice to Cenkos Securities on the secondary placing by eServGlobal.
They focus on specific industry sectors including energy, mining, natural resources, oil and gas and technology. WFW itself is best known for its energy and shipping practices.
