Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige, Pareto Securities AB and Swedbank AB (publ) in connection with a private placement of shares in ALM Equity AB (publ) through a directed new share issue of SEK 150 million. The shares were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors.
Gernandt & Danielsson's team consisted of partners Mikael Borg and Gustav Skogö Nyvang as well as senior associate Katarina Odelberg Folke.
