Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in ADDvise Group AB’s (publ) (“ADDvise") issuance of corporate bonds in a total amount of USD 60 million and the partial redemption of ADDvise's existing bonds 2023/2026 conducted in connection therewith. The bonds have been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.
