Zhang Fangxue joins from red circle firm Haiwen & Partners where she worked as a senior consultant.
Zhang focuses on domestic securities issuances and listings, restructuring mandates, asset securitisation and private equity investments.
She has participated in the IPOs of Postal Savings Bank of China and Huaneng Hydropower, as well as handled the restructuring projects of Wanda Film, International Medical Investment and DDMC Culture & Sports.
