GREENVILLE, S.C. – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a full-service national law firm with offices from coast to coast, is pleased to welcome Sheria Clarke to its growing litigation team in Greenville, South Carolina. Clarke, who previously worked at the firm, returns after three years at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). She joins the firm’s diverse Greenville Litigation team.

Clarke returns to Nelson Mullins after most recently working as a federal prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney’s Office where she handled False Claims Act litigation, whistleblower investigations, as well as a variety of criminal and civil matters. Clarke worked for nearly a decade in the U.S. House of Representatives where she served in several key positions, including as Staff Director for the Committee on Oversight and Government and Majority Counsel for the House Committee on Ethics.
