LOS ANGELES – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a full-service national law firm with offices from coast to coast, today announced the opening of a new office in downtown Los Angeles, California, with the addition of six litigation attorneys to the firm’s product liability team from LondonFischer.
The firm is in the process of opening an office in downtown Los Angeles as an expansion of its Los Angeles presence from the current office in Torrance. Initially these new attorneys will be working from the firm’s Torrance office while the lease for the new downtown office is finalized. The move will expand the firm’s presence in California, which includes an office in San Diego. The Nelson Mullins office in Torrance concentrates work in the automotive industry.

Joining the Los Angeles office:
Partner Keith Ameele has more than two decades of litigation experience and focuses his practice on high-stakes products liability, complex mass torts, premises liability and commercial litigation. Ameele serves primarily as national coordinating counsel and trial counsel for Fortune 500 companies, providing valuable guidance and representation in a wide variety of litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions.
Senior associate Kent Grover has multifaceted experience in all areas of litigation, from case inception through trial to arbitration. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, product liability and toxic tort litigation, business and commercial litigation, and catastrophic injury litigation.
Partner Pete Mularczyk defends clients around the country in matters involving commercial litigation, products liability, and toxic torts/mass torts. He is a skilled trial lawyer who has tried dozens of cases to verdict. As a former federal and state prosecutor, Mularczyk managed complex governmental investigations and prosecutions and handled trials involving federal and state crimes.
Senior associate Robert Young is experienced in all areas of litigation from case inception through trial. His practice focus is on complex civil litigation, defending Fortune 500 clients around the country in matters involving commercial litigation, products liability, and toxic torts/mass torts. Young has trial experience practicing both civil and criminal law.
Joining the New York office:
Partner Erika Muse focuses her practice on high-stakes, complex litigation in state and federal courts, with particular experience in product liability, toxic torts, mass torts, and general commercial litigation. She serves as a dedicated advocate for national and international corporations that operate across industries.
Of counsel Madelyn Iulo has more than 20 years of experience as a litigator in the public and private sectors. She defends corporations, from equipment manufacturers to global cosmetic companies, in all aspects of toxic tort and products liability matters.
