Technology specialist Benjamin Burkhart comes to Lowenstein Sandler from Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
Burkhart has led transactions across the advanced technlogy industry,including deals with companies in the wireless, micro-LED, software animation, and application indexing fields.
Among his most notable clients are Uber Technologies, Airbnb and Snapchat.
