Hylands Law Firm in Beijing has bolstered its cross-border and real estate offering with the hire of two new partners.
Cross-border expert Zhu Weina joins from Dacheng Law Firm where she was counsel, while real estate expert Xia Guorong arrives from Beijing-based law firm, Xi Yuan, where he worked as a partner.
Zhu specialises in overseas investment, dispute resolution and banking and finance. She has experience advising multinational companies on cross-border investment and financing, restructuring, M&A, and cross-border bond work. She has also been a consultant for the World Bank’s business environment assessment since 2013.
Xia focuses on areas such as real estate and construction, M&A, and dispute resolution, providing legal services for real estate listed companies in project development, property management, IPOs, and structural financing.
