CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati expands its anti-trust practice with the appointment of Dr. Anna Wolf-Posch, LL.M.

As of end of January 2018, Dr. Anna Wolf-Posch, LL.M. (37) has joined CHSH as a partner and strengthens the anti-trust team led by Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner. Anna Wolf-Posch is admitted to practice law in both Austria and Germany. She has advised clients on European, Austrian and German anti-trust law for many years and joined Freshfields in Düsseldorf in 2010 before relocating to its Vienna office in 2012.

Anna Wolf-Posch studied law at the University of Konstanz and was awarded her doc- torate from the University of St. Gallen. She completed her postgraduate studies at the Columbia Law School in New York and is the author of numerous publications on her specialist subjects.

The anti-trust law practice at CHSH has a strong focus on high level cartel proceedings, handling complex merger cases and developing group-wide compliance systems in Austria, at the European level and across the CEE region. As an expert in anti-trust law, Wolf-Posch brings to the anti-trust practice at CHSH the experience she has gained over many years of advising national and international high-profile clients, especially at the European level. The expansion of the team with the appointment of a new partner thus reflects the steady rate of strategic growth and success in this area of expertise.

"The team at CHSH is already one of the best anti-trust law teams in Austria and it's renowned for the excellent, hands-on and innovative advice it provides. What's more, it's striving to consolidate its position in Austria to give it a clear lead over its competitors. I'm very much looking forward to joining and strengthening this well- established and ambitious team and contributing to realising the firm's common objective", Dr. Anna Wolf-Posch.

"We're extremely pleased that Anna Wolf-Posch – one of the most distinguished anti- trust law experts of her generation – has decided to join our team. Our new partner significantly strengthens our practice to the benefit of our clients. As such, we're con- tinuing to work towards achieving our strategic goal of being a leading Austrian law firm in every area of law", Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, head of CHSH's anti-trust law practice.
