A Chinese-born Thai citizen, Mayuree left China and moved to Thailand when she was a teenager. Fluent in Chinese, Thai and English, she has extensive experience advising both Thai and international clients on foreign investment law, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, real estate transactions, and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements. She is also actively involved in advising and structuring alternative financial vehicles for real estate developers, which include real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Funds.
