Anli Partners has hired three partners, namely, Zeng Liqing, Li Yongqi and Zhang Yiqing to its Beijing headquarters.
Zeng joins from Sinowin Law Firm with expertise in investment and finance, restructuring and M&A, litigation and arbitration. He often advises real estate companies, government departments and listed companies on their investment and finance projects across the non-ferrous metals, banking and education industries.
Li is an expert in M&A and restructuring in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Li also handles dispute resolution related to commercial transactions and joins from Global Law Office.
Zhang’s practice includes equity investment, real estate, construction, corporate governance, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Joining from Beijing Zhongrui Law Firm, he advises state-owned enterprises and listed companies.
