She serves SGX-listed companies, investment banks, Fortune 500 and government linked firms and institutions in diverse matters, including takeovers, acquisitions and divestitures (regional and global). She has acted in over 20 Singapore Exchange listings. Chambers ranked, she has extensive transactional and cross-broder experience and has represented funds, private equity firms and developers in Singapore’s largest corporate real estate transactions.

  • Acted for Petroliam Nasional Bhd (PETRONAS) in its purchase of Amplus Energy Solutions Pte Ltd, one of India’s largest rooftop solar power producers with a portfolio of distributed, renewable energy assets in Asia, with a cumulative capacity of over 500 megawatt (MW) under operation and development.
  • Acted for Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft MBH in the sale of 71 Robinson Road Singapore for a purchase price of S$655million.
  • Acted for joint venture ARA Asset Management and British group Chelsfield in their purchase of Manulife Centre in Bras Basah Road for an acquisition price of S$555.5million.
  • Advised CapitaLand Limited in the divestment of a 70% stake in Infinity Mall Trust that holds Westgate to CapitaLand Mall Trust for S$789.6million.
  • Advised Pacific Radiance Ltd in the acquisition of Allianz Marine and Logistics Services Holding Ltd (AMLS) in connection with a US$180 million debt restructuring plan and equity fund raising.
