Łukasz Bobeł

Lukasz Bobel is the managing partner with WBW Weremczuk Bobel & Partners and is responsible for M&A and corporate practice within the firm. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in 2002 (magna cum laude). In 2002 he also completed a Cambridge University course on British and European Union Law. He is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznan.                                                                                            

Lukasz Bobel specialises mainly in M&A transactions and in the capital markets. He advised a number of international clients in complicated cross-border M&A transactions and on IPOs and SPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Lukasz Bobel is a member of supervisory boards of a number of companies. He also authors a number of publications on civil, commercial and administrative law.
