Thibaut Partsch

Thibaut Partsch’s practice concentrates on alternative investment funds structuring, notably in the fields of infrastructure, private equity and real estate. He also assists family offices. He has co-authored “The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive” (Kluwer) and “The Luxembourg Partnerships” (Larcier).

• Advised Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. on the final close of Oaktree Real Estate Opportunities Fund VIII (“ROF VIII”), with total capital commitments of approximately $4.7 billion.
• Advised New Mountain Capital, LLC on the structuring and launch of a Luxembourg based investment vehicle
• Assisted Azimut Private Equity I, SCSp in connection to the issuance of EUR 30 million 5% annual fixed interest bonds on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
