Roger Ammann

Roger Ammann is a partner in Walder Wyss' Banking & Finance Team. He advises banks, other financial institutions and corporate clients on all aspects of finance transactions, capital market transactions and generally on regulatory, corporate law and securities matters. In finance, he focuses on leveraged finance, assetbased finance (including real estate), structured finance, securitisation transactions and bond issuances.

Roger Ammann obtained his degree in law and economics (M.A. HSG in Law and Economics) in 2008, and a degree in accounting and finance (M.A. HSG in Accounting and Finance) in 2009, both from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Furthermore, he is a CFA charterholder. Before joining Walder Wyss he worked during several years as attorney for leading Swiss law firms in Zurich.

Roger Ammann's working languages are German and English. He was admitted to the bar in 2011 and is a member of both the Zurich Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
