• Advised The Coca-Cola Company and Gutsche Family Investments in the sale of a controlling interest in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Pty. Ltd., the eighth largest Coca-Cola authorized bottler worldwide, to Coca-Cola HBC
• Advised J&T ARCH INVESTMENTS SICAV, a.s., the largest investment fund in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, in the strategic acquisition of a minority stake in Allwyn International AG, Switzerland, a global lottery and gaming operator from the portfolio of the KKCG investment group.
• Advised InterAlpen Partners and Hale Capital Partners, a consortium of US investors, in connection with their USD 25m investment in Acutronic Holding, a defense technology company supplying propulsion, simulation, and motion control systems, with various subsidiaries (in Switzerland and abroad).
• Advised EMERAM, Munich, a leading investment manager for mid-sized companies in the German-speaking region, on the acquisition of a stake in Solar Manager AG, with headquarters in Muri, Switzerland. Solar Manager AG develops an intelligent Home Energy Management System (HEMS), which holistically controls and optimizes energy flows in households, from photovoltaics and storage systems to heat pumps and emobility.
• Advised the 260 sellers of a majority stake in Ergon Informatik to Afinum. Ergon is a leading Swiss IT company with over 400 employees located in Zurich and Frankfurt, which combines technology, security, and business expertise to deliver smart solutions for complex requirements
