  • Advised a renowned pharmaceutical equipment company in the financing project for the development of new production facilities. 
  • KLF advised Upline Ventures in the purchase from the French company Presstalis two media companies (Sochepress and Sotadec). KLF drafted and negotiated the corporate documentation for the abovementioned operation and assisted the purchaser from the inception of the deal until its closing.
