  • Advised Volcan Investments Cyprus Ltd in connection with a USD 1,100,000,000 facilities agreement. 
  • Advised The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited in a loan transaction which was secured by several types of securities provided by many subsidiaries situated in number of jurisdictions.  The deal value was of GBP 50,000,000.
  • Advised and represented Fuel Transport Holdings Ltd in litigation cases before the Court regarding the composition of the board of Primefuels Holdings Limited and the issue of the 111,428 ordinary shares. The deal value amounted to USD 7.8 million.
  • Advised the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd in connection with a Facility Agreement and Security Agency Agreement. The deal value amounted to US$ 100,000,000.
  • Advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Singapore Branch in connection with a Facility Agreement which amounted up to a maximum amount of US$ 75,000,000.
