For over 20 years Mr Kebe has been assisting foreign and domestic investors in the region. 

He has recently represented the Republic of Senegal on an ICSID claim. He has also represented the Republic of Senegal on an investor State arbitration claim before the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA (CCJA). He is a Member of the Court of the ICC and is also a chartered arbitrator before the CCJA.   

He has been co-arbitrator in several ICC arbitration cases. 

Mouhamed holds a Certificate in Commercial International Arbitration from the University of London, and a Certificate in Investment Arbitration from the University of Georgetown.

  • Acting for Tata Group in its acquisition of majority equity of UNITECH;
  • Advising China Export-Import Bank on the USD 34 million loan to the Senegalese government to improve firefighting equipment;
  • Appointed by the Republic of Senegal in an investor-state arbitration claim registered with the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) brought by a French multinational.
