On top of such a rich career in private practice, his wealth of knowledge and leadership skills led him to be selected as the CEO of GAFI in a very challenging tome where he managed to lead the promulgation of a new investment regime in Egypt to comply with its macro reform plan. Mohamed was awarded several awards throughout his career including managing two winning IFLR awards.

He was an Equity Partner in Al Tamimi in the Middle East and managed two major law offices of that firm in the region.
Mohamed was the former CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (“GAFI”) in Egypt, during a time of major reforms that included issuing the new Investment Law which is one of the projects he led while serving in public office.
Mohamed has demonstrated sound leadership skills throughout his career. Before founding Khodeir & Partners, he was a partner in one of the largest firms in the Middle East and managed two major law offices of that firm in the region and has also overseen an expansion in the region including founding its operations in Egypt. Mohamed has been consecutively recognized by legal rating agencies as one of the leading lawyers in the region.
Mohamed founded KP in late 2019 and managed to grow the firm to be a well-organized firm in less than two years in light of all global turmoils.
