  • Advised GOHL Capital Limited and Genting Berhad in the issuance of U.S.$1.0 billion guaranteed notes by GOHL Capital Limited in reliance on Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933, guaranteed by Genting Overseas Holdings Limited and has the benefit of a keepwell deed entered into with Genting Berhad;
  • Advised Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd in its establishment of an Islamic Medium Term Notes Programme of MYR10.0 Billion. This transaction won the Asia Deal of the Year 2017 by Asia Business Law Journal;
  • Advised the syndicate lenders in the MYR500.0 million syndicated commodity murabahah term financing granted to the project companies for the development of the mega beachfront project development in Desaru, Johor, Malaysia;
  • Advised MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd in its maiden establishment of a Medium Term Notes Programme of MYR3.0 billion;
  • Advised Island Hospital Sdn Bhd in the MYR450.0 million credit facilities for the refinancing of existing debt, acquisition of real property, development of a hospital and general corporate purposes. Assisted the client to navigate through the strict financial assistance rules in Malaysia.
