Marcus Alexander Kemal Pery

Marcus heads AMJ’s banking and finance team. He has extensive experience in projects, international bank financing, syndicated lending, trade and ECA-backed finance, real estate finance, restructurings and bank financed limited recourse transactions gained over more than 20 years’ of practice in Oman and the UK.

• the Lenders to the ACWA Consortium for the development, financing, design, engineering, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of an Independent Water Project in Salalah.
• the Lenders for the development, financing, design, engineering, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of an independent water plant at Al Sharqiyah. 
• the project company on all aspects of its construction phase financing in respect of the Duqm Refinery Project.
• on the financing of the electricity distribution companies within the NAMA Group prior to potential privatisation.
• the Lenders in respect of the restructuring of the debt facilities to MB Petroleum Services LLC.
