Li-Pu Lee

Mr. Li-Pu Lee, Esq. is currently a managing partner at Formosan Brothers, as well as a registered arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. Other than Taiwan Bar, he is also admitted to New York State Bar. Mr. Lee has represented many multinational high-tech manufacturers, logistics companies, and petroleum companies in arbitration proceedings in both Taiwan and the International Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lee has also represented numerous international companies in mediation proceedings before Taiwan’s Public Construction Committee to solve disputes over the Taiwan High Speed Rail, nuclear power plants, semi-conductor factories, gas construction and international carriage. Mr. Lee’s experience in transnational merger and acquisition includes representing a British international bank in its merger with a Dutch bank in Taiwan and many others. Mr. Lee has also negotiated construction contracts for the Europan Cup Finals football stadium, petrochemical factories in the Middle East and Thailand and APEC construction in Russia.
