  • Advised Renaissance Africa Energy Holding Limited and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of the entirety of the shareholding in The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited ("SPDC”) (now Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited).
  • Advised the Bureau of Public Enterprises in connection with the World Bank’s disbursement of US$500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million Dollars) for the funding of the Nigeria Distribution Sector Recovery Programme (“DISREP”).
  • Advising PMI-Smart Grid Development Limited in connection with the implementation of the Presidential Metering Initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria to close the metering gap. 
  • Advised Kaduna Electricity Distribution Plc (“KAEDCO”) in connection with the impact of the Electricity Act, 2023, on its business operation and activities within its franchise areas.
  • Advising Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (“AMCON”) in connection with the sale of sixty percent (60%) shareholding interest in one of the successor distribution companies.
