• Local counsel to Total S.A in the global acquisition of Maersk Oil & Gas A/S which holds interests in the Tullow Oil exploration blocks in Turkana Kenya.
• Local counsel to Unilever PLC in the global sale of its spreads business valued at USD 1.8 billion.
• Acting for Sinohydro Corporation (a member of PowerChina group of companies) as local counsel in connection with negotiations with the Kenyan public contracting authority for the development of various roads in Kenya under the Kenya Roads Annuity Program.
