  • Assisted Index Ventures, international venture capital firm investing in technology-enabled companies with a focus on e-commerce, fintech, mobility, gaming, infrastructure, and security, through its controlled company Pentavest S.à.r.l., in the sale of shares of Adyen N.V., an innovative online payments platform with 15 offices around the world and more than 650 employees.
  • Assisted Bissell International Finance Company S.à.r.l., a subsidiary of Bissell Homecare Inc. (USA), with the acquisition of the commercial floor care business of AB Electrolux in various jurisdictions in Europe (Sweden, Belgium, Delaware, Hungary and Mexico).
