David Mayorga

David is a transactional and corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience leading projects, designing and implementing legal strategies for clients in Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

Throughout his career, David has advised clients on both local and cross-border transactions, leading teams in conducting legal due diligence and negotiating purchase and sale agreements for companies, business units, and assets.

He has extensive experience in legal compliance, commercial contracts, corporate disputes, the legal framework for corporate groups, conflicts of interest, and directors' liability. He also advises clients on the implementation of investment structures and corporate governance for business development in Colombia and Latin America.
