  • Advised a major angolan construction company in the acquisition of an operation with assets in Angola, Portugal, Mozambique and Cape Verde, being Catarina the partner coordinating the leading firm. 
  • Advised an Angolan leading company in the retail share market on the drafting and negotiation of both a JVA and a facility agreement in relation to the construction, commissioning and a operation of an industrial complex for the processing and industrial production of wheat flour in Luanda.
  • Advised an asset management company in the constitution and negotiation of investment and real estate funds. She assisted the client in the capital increase in several investment funds, most notably the capital increase of a real estate investment fund.
  • Assisted a client on structuring a real estate project in Angola (allotment and the construction of a hotel/resort and a leisure area) in an underdeveloped area of the country. Conducting procedures before local authorities and advising on regulatory matters at the construction stage.
