Bukola is a Senior Associate at ALN Nigeria | Aluko Oyebode in the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial department., capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity practices. He routinely advises on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, anti-trust matters, and fintech mandates. He also advises on investment products and derivatives regulation.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Lagos.
