• Advising the liquidators of Vanguard Energy Pte Ltd (a company with revenues > USD1 billion) in matters which include obtaining High Court approval for litigation funding of insolvent companies;

• Advising international counsel for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc in relation to the global dissolution of various Singapore-based subsidiaries;

• Advised Noble Resources International Pte Ltd in the successful obtaining of a Mareva injunction over assets > USD94 million, following PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup being placed in temporary PKPU in Indonesia;
