Arisia has more than more than 19 years in banking & finance and projects experience and specialises in PPP, infrastructure projects and project finance. She was previously a partner with Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo and partner with Linda Widyati & Partners in association with Clifford Chance. In 2017, she established Linda Widyati & Pusponegoro with Linda Widyati and Dezi Kirana. Arisia has extensive experience representing major domestic Indonesian and multinational companies as well as the Government of Indonesia.

  • Advising the Ministry of Finance in relation to development of PPP tender documents template for 6 focus sectors (Urban Transport, Water Supply and Wastewater, Solid Waste Management, Health, Housing and Energy) in Indonesia as part of the Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Development program administered by the World Bank.
  • Advising Crisil Advisory and the World Bank in relation to (i) PPP affordable housing project in Bandung, West Java; and (ii) PPP waste management project in Yogyakarta, Central Java.
  • Advising IIGF on the guarantees in relation to (i) EUR 294.700.000 loan from KfW to PLN for Hydropower Projects in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua; and (ii) USD 248.4 million loan from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) to ITDC for the Mandalika Tourism project.
  • Advising IIGF on the guarantee provided to Ministry of Public Works and Housing in relation to South Sumatra Road PPP Project valued at IDR 990 billion (USD 66 million).
  • Advising Aetra Air Jakarta and Medco Infrastruktur Indonesia Consortium in its successful bid for West Semarang Water PPP Project valued at IDR 460 billion (USD 31 million).
