• Advised Starsight Power Utilities Limited on the development and deployment of distributed solar power solutions  in the financial services and energy sectors
• Advised Union Bank of Nigeria PLC on its disposal of its real estate assets in Nigeria
• Advised Duval Properties Limited on the mixed-use development of its approximately 314,488.89 square metres of land situate around the unique water side location of Jabi Lake, Abuja.
