Amr Meselhy

Amr Meselhy has been a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department since January 2020. He advises on a wide range of corporate and capital markets matters, including IPOs, M&A transactions, nonbanking financial institutions, and general corporate advisory. His practice covers civil law, companies’ law, capital markets law, investment law, oil and gas regulations, import/export law, and labour law.

He has significant experience conducting due diligence reviews across diverse sectors and has contributed to the drafting and negotiation of key M&A documentation, including shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters, and key issues reports. Amr has also advised on major capital markets transactions, notably the IPOs of National Printing S.A.E. and Valu for Consumer Finance S.A.E.

His work further includes advising on the establishment of investment funds, preparing core documentation such as fund prospectuses, custodian agreements, services company agreements, and investment manager contracts. He has also assisted in registering several major oil and gas companies in Egypt.
