  • • Advised Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. in the approximately JPY 500 billion project for the sale of its equity stake in Calsonic Kansei Corporation to KKR.
  • Advised Luigi Lavaza S.p.A in the project for the acquisition of drink businesses (including Flavia and Klix machines) from Mars, Inc.
  • Advised Glaxo Smith Kline in the approximately JPY 1.3 trillion project for the exchange of the three businesses with Novartis Pharma.
  • Advised the big-four Japanese automobile companies (i.e., Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Mitsubishi) in the national project for setting up the JV (i.e., Nippon Charge Service, LLC) to diffuse the use of electric cars.
  • Advised Nippon Charge Service, LLC in the project for selling all of its businesses to the JV established by the major electric power companies including Tokyo Electric Power.
  • Advised SG Holdings Co., Ltd., one of the big three logistics companies in Japan, in the project for establishing the business allinance with Japan Post Co., Ltd.
  • Advised SG Holdings Co., Ltd. in the project for the acquisition of and the capital and business alliance with Hitachi Transport System, Ltd.
  • Advised Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. in the project for selling all the equity stake in Nissan Forklift Co., Ltd. to INCJ Ltd. and thereafter setting up the JV for forklift business (i.e., UniCarriers Corporation) with INCJ Ltd. as the biggest shareholder and Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. who also transferred the forklift business to the JV.
  • Advised the management members and employees of the central laboratory in Pfizer Japan Inc. in the project for their MEBO of drug development businesses in Japan from Pfizer Japan Inc.
