  • Advised ENS Africa/Africa Finance Corporation (“AFC”) in connection with a term loan facility of up to US$15,000,000.00
  • Advised Lafarge Africa PLC on the restructuring of its US$309,000,000 inter-company loan and its proposed debt capital raise of US$200,000,000.
  • Advised FBNQuest Trustees Limited & SKYE Trustees Limited in connection with issuance of Sukuk, by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Debt Management Office, to the public for the construction of federal highways and roads in Nigeria
  • Advised FSDH Asset Management Limited on the establishment of a =N=1.5 billion money market open-ended Fund
