Wei Sun

Ms. Sun has practiced for over 15 years mainly in the areas of overseas listing, securities, corporate and M&A. Ms. Sun focuses on the areas of education, telecommunications and media. As a core member of the securities practice team in C&F, Ms. Sun has extensive experience in overseas listings, especially in setting up the VIE structure, flexibly meeting the personalized needs of clients for overseas listings, reorganizations, M&A and investments through contractual arrangements under the PRC laws.

• Acting as the PRC legal adviser of the investor, Ms. Sun and C&F team assisted Orchid Asia Investment Group with its $120 million investment in Xueqiu.
• Acting as the international legal adviser and financing legal adviser of the buyer consortium, Ms. Sun and C&F team assisted China Customer Relations Centers, Inc. (NASDAQ：CCRC)
• complete its US stock privatization.
• Acting as the PRC legal adviser of G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited, Ms. Sun and C&F team assisted the issuer with its IPO and listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Limited (Stock Code: "XJB"), creating the first listing of VIE model in Singapore.
• Acting as the PRC legal adviser of Cathay Media and Education Group Inc., Ms. Sun and C&F team assisted the issuer with its IPO and listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: "1981"), raising approximately HK $ 1.1 billion.
• Acting as the PRC legal adviser of Linklogis Inc., called "the youngest unicorn" in the domestic fin-tech field, Ms. Sun and C&F team assisted the issuer with its IPO and listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: "9959.HK "), raising approximately HK $ 8 billion.
