Vugar is the former head of Deloitte Legal in Azerbaijan, where successfully launched legal practice for Deloitte Azerbaijan. 

• Advised banks from EU and Russia in USD multi-hundred million project finances.
• Assisted Tekfen in development of alternative and renewable energy sources in Azerbaijan.
• Development of the tax and customs protocols of a Production Sharing Agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Total.
• Advised for SOCAR Uniper in project finance.
• Lead advisor in connection with formation of JVs, performance of due diligences, development of memorandum of associations, sale and purchase, JV agreements for Schlumberger, Samsung, SDL Denholm, Stork, Technip.
• Advised in relation to acquisitions, real estates, restructuring, sales and investments in and outside Azerbaijan for AXA, AIG, International Bank of Azerbaijan, YapiKredi Bank, Kapital Bank, Plato Capital and Co. Investment Company.
