Staff lawyers are permitted to apply flexible work time schedule and flexible remote/office work schedule to enhance work life integration.  While the system is created for all staff lawyers, the focus beneficiaries of this system are female lawyers and the system has substantially increased the likelihood of female lawyers remaining long in the career.
