• Advised two syndicates of banks in connection with two financings granted to Rodbun Group, with a total value of EUR 73.5 million.
• Advised AAylex Group in securing a 20 million euro financing for the Group’s expansion in Romania.
• Advised a club of banks in a EUR 324 million Senior Secured Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility granted to a Swiss agribusiness in Romania.
