  • Represented Plus500 and its shareholders in a US $131 million London Stock Exchange-AIM Market secondary placing, the largest secondary placing completed on the LSE-AIM Market in 2016;
  • Represented FIMI Private Equity in a block sale of its controlling 22% stake in NYSE-listed Ormat Technologies to Orix Corporation, a Japan-based investor group, for approximately US $630 million;
  • Represented Taptica International and its shareholders in a US $50 million London Stock Exchange-AIM Market secondary placing;
  • Represents Shikun & Binui in the offering to institutional investors of partnership interests in a newly established fund that holds concession and operator interests in different infrastructure projects, with initial assets totalling $US 300 million.
