Tasdikiah heads a top tier Indonesian aviation practice and a banking and finance practice. Tasdikiah advises banks on transactional debt finance work. She is also the head of Transport Practice of Norton Rose Fulbright Australia. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, with practice focuses on asset finance particularly aviation and shipping finance as well as banking and finance regulatory advices. She is recognised by Euromoney as one of Indonesia’s leading aviation and banking & finance practitioners, and one of Indonesia’s leading women in business law.

  • Advised a club of three lenders on a US$134 million financing for Pertamina International Shipping Pte Ltd, a Singapore subsidiary of PT Pertamina International Shipping, the subholding integrated marine logistics of Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas company, PT Pertamina (Persero), one of Southeast Asia’s largest and integrated energy company;
  • Advised Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited in a USD440,000,000 financing for the purpose of the acquisition of a geothermal energy company, Star Energy, which required complex finance documents.
  • Assisted Aminvestment Bank Berhad as facility agent for a number of financiers in a restructuring of financing to Weststar Aviation Services Sdn. Bhd. relating to several aircraft, a number of which were leased to PT Weststar Aviation Indonesia. The restructuring was carried out with respect to a new sukuk issuance program proposed by Weststar Aviation Services Sdn. Bhd., which further entailed releases and re-establishments of Irrevocable Deregistration and Export Request Authorization (IDERA), aircraft mortgages and a couple of Indonesian law securities.
  • Advised JICA, Citibank (Tokyo, Singapore, Jakarta) and Bank Central Asia in two concurrent unsecured financings, each in Japanese Yen and Indonesian Rupiah, to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The facilities are governed by English and Indonesian laws, which require us to provide complex and extensive advice to the clients as both facilities are intercorrelated.
