Shai Dill

Shai Dill's practice focuses on corporate law, securities and crowd funding, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions and privacy and data protection issues. Mr. Dill regularly provides general corporate advice to local and multinational public and private companies in a variety of corporate fields.

Shai worked as a visiting international attorney at Morrison Foerster during 2007.

Shai is well experienced in working with multinational companies in their business in Israel and in representing Israeli companies in multinational transactions around the globe, including the US and Europe. His clients include companies operating in a range of areas including cyber security, crowd funding, peer to peer lending, software, internet, healthcare, telecommunication, testing solutions, storage, retails and others. Shai is also overseeing the Israeli aspects of data protection and privacy issues of several multinational companies.
