• Assisted Facebook in the establishment of its Philippine representative office;
• Advised Aboitiz Renewable, Inc. in its 2015 investment in San Carlos Sun Power, Inc., a company established to develop, own and operate a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of up to 58.98MWp. Related work includes the Php3.259 billion project debt financing obtained by San Carlos from Banco de Oro as sole lender;
• Assisted GIC Special Investments, Ltd. (through an affiliate) in its 2014 Php3.7 billion investment in a minority stake in the Hospital Group of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC). GIC also subscribed to an exchangeable bond issued by MPIC with a value of P6.5 billion;  
• Advised and assisted a leading US-based technology company specializing in Internet based services and products on a universal Internet access project using cutting edge platforms.
