Rikke Schiøtt Petersen is partner in the Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice group of Gorrissen Federspiel and is recognised as a leading capital markets lawyer in Denmark.

Being exceptionally experienced and highly skilled in public M&A and ECM deals for major Danish IPOs and international corporates, Rikke focuses on capital markets transactions, public and private M&A and corporate restructurings as well as advisory work on securities law and corporate law aspects, corporate governance and executive remuneration. Her clients cover corporate clients, private equity funds, investment banks and institutional investors.
