  • Representing PT PLN (Persero) in the acquisition of PT Mandau Cipta Tenaga Nusantara from Chevron group, a landmark deal which will allow PLN to operate the 300MW cogeneration facility owned by MCTN and ensure continuous supply of electricity to the Rokan Block, one of the largest and most productive oil blocks in Indonesia. The deal concludes one of the challenging elements related to the block’s transfer and is an important part of the Government of Indonesia’s plan to maintain energy independence (with the block allowing Pertamina as the new operator to produce 25% of Indonesia's total oil output) and support domestic economic growth.
  • Representing a Taiwan state-owned petroleum, natural gas, and gasoline enterprise for its proposed joint venture with an Indonesian oil and gas state-owned enterprise for developing a cracker plant business in Indonesia (ongoing).
  • Advising PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) on the transfer of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) management from PT Pertamina (Persero) (ongoing).
  • Representing a subsidiary of an Indonesian mining state-owned enterprise for its proposed business plan in the optimalisation of one of its working areas, including the overlapping matters with 11 companies (ongoing).
