  • Leading the firm's advice to PT Central Java Power in relation to a project optimalization matter involving the repayment in full of a [CONFIDENTIAL] approx. JPY188 billion term loan.
  • Acting for PT TBS Energi Utama, Tbk in acquiring an Independent Power Producer company in Indonesia which will develop a hybrid wind power project in Oelbubuk, one of the most promising and largest wind power plant projects in Indonesia.
  • Advising a large multinational corporation in negotiating the cooperation agreement with PT MRT Jakarta, which covers the use of the company’s land for the construction of supporting facilities for MRT in Jakarta being the first MRT project in Indonesia.
  • Advising a publicly listed independent power producer company in a state administrative dispute in relation to its pipeline license involving various claims totalling more than IDR 1 trillion or approx. USD70,000,000.
  • Represented various embassies in the land acquisitions and disposals involving various legal matters including negotiations with the Government for acquisition of public property.
  • Represented clients in employment dispute: Mass Termination of Employment. Processing termination of employment of more than 500 employees due to depletion of natural resources).
  • Represented a number of clients in the cooperation and concession agreements with the Government or State-Owned Enterprises including end of concession and termination disputes.
