Rachel is a corporate lawyer with close to 30 years of experience, specialising in M&A, REITS, capital markets, regulatory and corporate governance advisory work.  Her active involvement in government and industry committees and boards give her a holistic corporate exposure to act as excellent counsel to clients.

The firm strongly believes in diversity of talent and has over 50% female fee earners.   • Advised on the legal documentation for Proxtera (an initiative by Monetary Authority of Singapore and Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore), a network of B2B marketplaces. The project was multi-disciplinary, innovative and international in scope.
  • Advised on the data sharing agreement for SGTraDex (piloted by public and private sectors in Singapore), a digital infrastructure that facilitates trusted and secure sharing of data between supply chain ecosystem partners. The legal documentation is complex as it seeks to balance the requirements of various participants.
  • Acted as lead counsel to Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation Ltd (VTAC) and its sponsor, Vertex Venture Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Private Limited, in the landmark listing of VTAC, the 1st SPAC on the SGX-ST.
